Principles of Small Group Communication

Small group means two or more freely interacting people having common identity or characteristics. Members of small group are inter-dependent to achieve any specific objective. Each member in a small group must have the following techniques to communicate with other members:

1. Each member should raise relevant points or arguments which have conformity with the goal of small group.

2. Members should use familiar and common words to share any information.

3. Members should provide speech in such a way which is concise but comprehensive.

4. There should not be any repetition of ideas or information otherwise it will kill valuable time of the group.

5. Members should have the mentality to share resources without any bias.
