Production: Generally, production means the process of producing a product.
Creating something is also considered production. But in reality, the human being can't create anything. They can change the shape of the object and create new value. To create such value they follow some steps. So, creating value in the different processes is called production.
For example, it is required to get timber chopped and process to make furniture. By which process it is done, all the process together is called furniture production. Like this, by which process a bar of soap is prepared is called soap production.
So production is the process of all steps for creating a product that added new value to the processed raw materials.
The complete management applied in the process of production from starting to ending is called as production management. The chief executive is called here as the production manager who manage the whole production department.
